TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Wagoneer Client Services Program is a membership and service Program offered by FCA Canada Inc., on the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer in Canada. The Program includes benefits accessible in the dealership as well as online through the Wagoneer section of the Official Jeep Vehicle Owner Site or the Official Mopar® Owner Site.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Retail Purchasers of the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are automatically enrolled in the Program at time of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. FCA Canada reserves the right to determine vehicle eligibility at its sole discretion.

ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIPS

A Member can have an unlimited number of memberships so long as they have qualifying vehicles. Each membership is linked to a specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Multiple Members sharing the same household address can have individual memberships in the Program. However, an individual Jeep® Brand vehicle may not be registered to more than one Member at one time.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Members will receive a range of experiential and service related benefits by participating in the Wagoneer Client Services Program. These include exclusive vehicle owner support customer care, maintenance services, VIP treatment at select events across the country, trip interruption protection † , first-day rental coverage † and a unique web site experience. Benefits noted with (†) are administered by way of a Mopar Vehicle Protection® (MVP) plan that accompanies the Wagoneer Client Services membership.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The Program is three years in duration. Please consult your purchase records, member account page or see dealer for further details. These services MUST be performed by an FCA Canada Dealer and be used by the expiration date of the Program..

TRIP INTERRUPTION PROTECTION

If your vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown during the Program and you are at least 200 kilometers from home, up to $100 per day of hotel, meals or return transportation (not including car rentals) expenses can be claimed for reimbursement, to a maximum of 3 days (total up to $300). Call Sykes Assistance Services at toll-free at 1-800-363-4869 for claim instructions.

RENTAL VEHICLE

If the vehicle is undergoing warranty repairs (excluding maintenance) and is inoperable, rental car allowance is available through your dealer for up to 5 days per occurrence. The customer is eligible for rental even if the repairs can be completed the same day.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

Each Wagoneer Client Services membership is valid only through the date shown on the Wagoneer Client Services member page. The Wagoneer Client Services membership may be transferred to all subsequent owners at no charge. Transfers of the Program coverage must be handled by an authorized FCA Canada Inc. retailer and must be applied for within 30 days of the sale of the vehicle to the subsequent owner. It is recommended to keep your proof of vehicle maintenance for the next owner. Once a dealer transfers the Wagoneer Client Services membership, the new owner will receive a welcome kit in the mail outlining the benefits and terms and conditions of the membership.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

A Member may unsubscribe or opt out from receiving marketing communications from FCA Canada. Users may opt out of receiving email communications by selecting the "unsubscribe" option within any email they receive from the Program. The unsubscribe mechanism allows users to manage their subscription preferences to emails. Notwithstanding the above, this mechanism does not opt-out the user from receiving transactional email, such as registration confirmation, vehicle updates and responses to direct requests.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

Your participation in the Wagoneer Client Services program is considered to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions described herein.

PRIVACY

FCA Canada Inc. is committed to protecting Member information and privacy; the information provided to the Program will be managed in accordance with the FCA Canada Privacy Policy. PROGRAM UPDATES

FCA Canada reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the program or certain program offerings at any time without advance notice to you. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, dealer participation, length of membership, program structure, participating merchants and brands, account functionality and site features. Any and all changes to the Program provisions are considered effective immediately and are binding upon all Members immediately.

FCA Canada, Jeep and the participating dealers assume no liability for your interaction or participation in the Program that is contrary to the regulations and laws of your province of residence.
