GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Jeep Wave® Program (the "Plan") is a membership and service program offered by FCA US LLC on certain Jeep® Brand models in the United States. The Plan includes benefits accessible in the dealership as well as online through the Jeep Wave section of the Official Jeep Vehicle Owner Site or the Official Mopar® Owner Site.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Membership in the Plan is open to residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Purchasers of all MY2021 and newer as well as select MY2016 - MY2020 Jeep® Brand models are automatically enrolled in the Plan at time of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. All Jeep Wrangler, Gladiator, Grand Cherokee Overland, Summit, SRT®, Trailhawk®, Trackhawk® Cherokee Overland, Trailhawk and Renegade Trailhawk vehicle owners are automatically enrolled into the program. In addition, owners of MY2015 or newer Jeep® Brand vehicles may buy in (pay) to join the Plan. State and local taxes may apply.

Only Jeep® Brand vehicles are eligible for participation in the Jeep Wave® program.

Fleet vehicles, Company Cars (FCA US LLC Corporate Lease Vehicles) and Courtesy Transportation Program (CTP) vehicles are NOT eligible for participation in the Jeep Wave program.

Company Cars (FCA US LLC Corporate Lease Vehicles) are not eligible.

FCA US LLC reserves the right to modify the list of eligible vehicles.

ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIPS

A Member can purchase/have an unlimited number of memberships so long as they have qualifying vehicles. Each membership is linked to a specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Multiple Members sharing the same household address can have individual memberships in the Program. However, an individual Jeep® Brand vehicle may not be registered to more than one Member at one time.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Members will receive a range of experiential and service related benefits by participating in the Jeep Wave® program. These include exclusive vehicle owner support customer care, maintenance services, VIP treatment at select events across the country, trip interruption protection, first-day rental coverage and a unique web site/app experience.

Benefits noted with (†) are administered by way of a Mopar Vehicle Protection® (MVP) plan that accompanies the Jeep Wave membership.

Maintenance Services

The Plan may be one, two or three years in duration. Membership length varies and is based on model year and the date of purchase. Please consult your purchase records, member account page or see dealer for further details. These services MUST be performed by a FCA US LLC Dealer and be used by the expiration date of the plan.

Trip Interruption Protection

The Plan will reimburse up to $1,000/event for lodging, meals and emergency transportation such as taxi, bus or airline for the member and the member's family if (1) the member's vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered under this Plan or under the factory warranty and (2) the member is more than 100 miles from the address of record. Lodging, meals and emergency transportation receipts must accompany a copy of repair bill and must be mailed to Vehicle Protection, P.O. Box 2700, Troy, Michigan 48007-2700. There is no maximum number of events that can be covered.

First Day Rental

First Day Rental allowance provides $35.00 car rental allowance if the vehicle is to be serviced for any same day mechanical repair or maintenance service (excluding bodywork). Vehicles kept overnight are not eligible for First Day Rental. Please note: Excludes rental for bodywork to the exterior sheet metal/composite panel or frame collision repairs.

The rental vehicle must be obtained from a dealer. If a dealer does not have rental vehicles available, you may obtain one from a licensed rental agency. Rental coverage is subject to state and local laws and policies imposed by the rental agency. Rental charges in excess of the amount allowed by the plan are the member's responsibility. The plan is not responsible for any refusal of a rental agency to rent a vehicle to you.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

Each Jeep Wave® membership is valid only through the Member through date shown on the Jeep Wave member page. Memberships are not transferrable. If a vehicle is sold or turned in, membership will be cancelled. Members agree and understand that any unused benefits will be immediately forfeited when the membership term ends.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Members who buy in to the program can get a full refund within 60 days of purchase, so long as no claims have occurred as part of the MVP plan benefits. Members seeking a refund should call the Jeep Wave® contact center at 866-533-7928 (JEEP WAVE) for further information, and all refunds will take place through the Jeep Wave site and be processed via credit card transaction. After 60 days, no refund is available. Owners with auto-enroll and/or recovery memberships are not eligible for a refund.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

By becoming a Member in the Program, Members agree to receive marketing communications and advertising from FCA US LLC, Jeep® Brand and Jeep Wave®. These communications may be distributed via direct mail, print, email or mobile SMS or push notifications.

A Member may unsubscribe or opt-out from receiving marketing communications about the Program and other FCA US LLC services at any time. If a Member opts-out from marketing communications, they may continue to receive Program-related transactional and administrative communications for items such as account statements. Users may opt-out of receiving email communications by selecting the "unsubscribe" option within any email they receive from the Program. The unsubscribe mechanism allows website users to manage their subscription preferences to email alerts and special offers. Notwithstanding the above, this mechanism does not allow a user to opt-out of receiving transactional email, such as registration confirmation, vehicle updates and responses to direct requests.

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

Your participation in the Jeep Wave® program is considered acceptance of the plan provisions described herein as well as that of FCA US LLC.

PRIVACY

FCA US LLC is committed to protecting Member information and privacy; the information provided to the Program will be managed in accordance with FCA US LLC Privacy Policy. Member participation in the Program is subject to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions described herein.

PROGRAM UPDATES

The Jeep Wave® Program Terms and Conditions described herein are updated and effective as of September 1, 2020. FCA US LLC reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the program or certain program offerings at any time without advance notice to you. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, dealer participation, length of membership, program structure, participating merchants and brands, account functionality and site features. Any and all changes to the plan provisions are considered effective immediately and are binding upon all Members immediately. FCA US LLC, Jeep and the participating dealers assume no liability for your interaction or participation in the program that is contrary to the regulations and laws of your state of residence.
