The Vehicle Health Report (VHR) provides an at‑a‑glance snapshot of your vehicle’s key systems and maintenance status, delivered to you digitally and viewable via your Owner Account and the Vehicle Brand App(s). It helps you understand if any system may need attention and makes it easy to take next steps with your preferred dealer. (Requires a properly equipped vehicle and enrollment in Connected Services.)

You’ll need a compatible Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram or FIAT brand vehicle equipped for Connected Services and an active enrollment/trial or subscription. Availability and included features vary by model, package, and market; cellular coverage is required. Please review the applicable Terms of Service for details.

You can view VHR in Mopar.com (i.e. your Owner Account) and using the brand mobile app (e.g., Jeep®/Ram/Chrysler/Dodge/Fiat app). In addition, many customers receive VHR by email for convenience.

A monthly Vehicle Health Report is typically sent to enrolled owners; you can also check the latest status anytime in the app. If the vehicle detects a condition that may need attention between monthly reports, you may receive a Vehicle Health Alert by email or text (if enabled).

Content varies by vehicle, but VHR commonly includes items like warning indicators, scheduled maintenance status, and other health signals the vehicle can monitor remotely—presented in plain language with guidance on next steps. Always refer to your in‑vehicle messages and owner’s manual for complete information.

No. VHR is an informational tool to help you stay on top of maintenance and potential issues. It does not replace professional diagnosis or in‑person inspection. If you receive an alert or have a concern, schedule service with a qualified technician.
