Questions about Mopar® CAP?

Our mission is simple.

Mopar® CAP allows for colleges to offer more, students to follow their passion and dealers to gain skilled FCA US LLC technicians.

We provide future generations a competitive edge and aim to create the most highly-skilled service technicians in the auto industry. We do this by combining classroom instruction from certified FCA US LLC instructors and valuable hands-on experience. Mopar® CAP was established in 1984 to meet the ever-changing needs of the auto industry, and the demand has never been greater. With the Mopar® CAP curriculum available at approximately 100 schools, we are supporting thousands of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, FIAT® and Alfa Romeo dealerships nationwide with their tech recruitment efforts.

 Automotive Program

Most programs are completed in as little as 12 months.

Dealers need technicians—and that could be YOU!  Auto technicians are in high demand, and the need is growing every year.  We encourage students to begin working at a dealership as their training progresses.

A great Mopar® CAP student is someone who:

  • Has a passion for the auto industry
  • Works hard with an eagerness to learn
  • Loves working with their hands
  • Enjoys working with the latest technology

If this sounds like you, let’s jump-start your career! The first step to getting enrolled with Mopar® CAP is choosing a school. The admission process will vary for each school.
