While it is the job of our instructors to teach the Mopar® CAP curriculum, we’re proud of the true passion they have for the auto industry. With close to 100 Mopar CAP schools across the nation, we have some of the most skilled instructors delivering our curriculum, with years of automotive experience. Our instructors deliver exciting and informative classroom lessons. Students then further their learning through online modules, through their unique training portal. Of course, the best part is the hands-on training in the school’s shop.
You bring the learning. We know how important hands-on learning is. This is why we strive to provide our schools with FCA US LLC vehicles to put their classroom lessons to the test in the shop. Students gain the skills and confidence to become a successful technician, taking that with them into the dealership.
With the demand so high for technicians, most students can land positions with a dealer before finishing the program! With schools and dealers across the nation, you can start a career as a technician almost anywhere in the U.S. Our graduates go on to work at a dealership of their choice, building strong connections with a team of other service professionals.
Don't take our word for it. Matt Hagan, Driver of Mopar® Dodge Charger SRT® Hellcat Funny Car and Leah Pruett, Driver of Mopar Dodge//SRT Top Fuel dragster have great things to say about Mopar CAP.
"With my family owning a Dodge and Ram dealership for over 35 years we are always looking for people that are knowledgeable of the technical demands of the automotive world. Mopar® CAP helps us fill that need."
"Mopar® CAP is looking for the brightest and most driven future technicians and giving them a platform to accelerate their career. I couldn’t be more proud to represent Mopar and Mopar CAP."
Our very own grassroots initiative, Assemble Your Future, allows Mopar® CAP students and dealers in select markets a chance to network during a National Hot Rod Association (NHRA®) drag race. We conduct several campaign stops throughout the year, featuring lunch, tickets to the race, a tour of the pit area and photo opportunities with drivers. It is an exciting way to showcase the benefits of a technical career at a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram, FIAT®, or Alfa Romeo dealership, while helping students find jobs.
