To schedule a service appointment online, start by selecting a dealer that supports online service scheduling (OSS) and click the "Book Now" button

Some dealers do not support OSS. If you have selected a dealer that doesn't support OSS, you will need to call the dealer directly to make a service appointment or select a different dealer.

Using the Find a Dealer search, look for dealers with the "Online Scheduling Available" label.

Not all dealers participate in the online service scheduling program. Next time you call to make an appointment, let your dealer know you're interested in scheduling service online in the future.

Navigate to Your Garage and select Add a Vehicle. If you already have your vehicle added without a VIN you will need to remove your vehicle and add it again with your VIN.
