California Emissions Standard Warranty
In California, new motor vehicles must be designed and built with an emission control system equipped to meet the state's stringent anti-smog standards. If any emission-related part on your vehicle is defective, FCA US LLC will diagnose, replace or repair the part at no charge to you. If your vehicle fails a smog check inspection, FCA US LLC will make all necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure that your vehicle passes the inspection. Please keep in mind, this warranty may be restricted or denied if your vehicle, or part, has been modified, improperly maintained or removed.
Mopar® Parts & Accessories Limited Warranties
Your vehicle is a powerful machine that will get you where you need to go for miles and years to come. There are many parts that work together to make that happen, and we want to ensure these parts on your FCA US LLC vehicle are protected against defective materials or workmanship.
